Our World Youth Training Programs

Our World has developed two new training programs designed to help youth become engaged with issues of international development. The first program, Engaging Youth in Achieveing UN Millennium Development Goals, focuses on practical knowledge and skills that young people need to have in order to help their countries make progress in sustainable social and economic development. The second program, Engaging Youth in International Development, is intended for youth and representatives from development agencies. The program offers young people access to basic skills needed to plan, implement, and evaluate development programs; and offers development agencies insights in how to more actively engage the resources of young people. Both programs rely on active learning, experiential teaching and learning techniques. Curricula for the two programs will soon be provided here.
